The Monastery
TOWNHOUSE
The Monastery, located in the historic centre, on Via Corso, takes its name from the Benedictine monks of Farfa who settled in the Piceno region between the 11th and 12th centuries and whose representation has also been found in Monteprandone.
Our building, which is part of the 16th century town wall, is in fact next to what was at the time the Farfa monastery and church of San Leonardo, one of the oldest buildings in the town.
The Renovation
The Monastery is the result of a careful restoration that lasted several years during which Giovanni, the owner, dedicated himself with passion and meticulous work to the revival of this building.
The continuous search for authentic pieces, the use of preserved architectural materials together with the work of the best local craftsmen, have brought back the original spirit of the structure.
No detail has been left to chance, even the lighting and modern elements have been designed to enhance the antique.
Crossing the 16th century arch, one of the most characteristic and representative of the village, one enters into a dimension harmoniously integrated with the soul and history of the village.
